At Crowned Confidence, we are committed to providing compassionate, professional, and customized prosthetic wig and hair replacement services. Due to the personalized and sanitary nature of our services and products, all sales and services are final.

NO REFUNDS POLICY

Crowned Confidence does not offer refunds on:

  • Prosthetic wig services

  • Hair replacement services

  • Custom wig units

  • Installed units

  • Deposits

  • Retail products

  • Consultations

  • Specialty orders

 

By booking services or purchasing products, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.

 

OUR COMMITMENT TO CLIENT CARE

While refunds are not offered, client satisfaction remains important to us.

If a client experiences a concern related to a service or unit provided by Crowned Confidence, we ask that the issue be reported within 48 hours of the appointment or pickup date.

Our team will review the concern and make reasonable efforts to correct or resolve eligible issues when appropriate.

 

Possible resolutions may include:

  • Service adjustments

  • Minor corrections

  • Fit modifications

  • Styling refinements

  • Follow-up appointments

 

All corrections or adjustments are provided at management discretion.

 

CUSTOM & SANITARY SERVICES

Because prosthetic wigs and hair replacement services involve:

  • Customized measurements

  • Personal fittings

  • Direct skin/scalp contact

  • Specialized alterations

  • Sanitary considerations

all custom work and worn products are considered final sale.

 

APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable and secure appointment times, preparation work, and service scheduling.

 

Late Cancellations

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in deposit forfeiture.

 

No Shows

Clients who fail to appear without notice may be required to submit a new deposit before future bookings.

 

KLARNA & THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT OPTIONS

Clients using Klarna or other financing/payment installment providers remain responsible for all agreements made directly with those providers.

Crowned Confidence does not control financing approvals, payment schedules, or third-party payment terms.

 

INSURANCE DISCLAIMER

Insurance coverage and reimbursement are not guaranteed.

Clients are responsible for verifying their individual insurance benefits and requirements. Crowned Confidence may assist with documentation when applicable but is not responsible for denied claims or reimbursement outcomes.

 

POLICY AGREEMENT

By scheduling services, making purchases, or submitting payment to Crowned Confidence, clients acknowledge and accept this Refund & Service Policy.
